Important Notice: Revamping is in progress, expect some glitches, but rest assured, the next commit will fix it... probably! 😆🚀

Sadeq’s combination of intelligence, patience, and desire to learn is unmatched by any engineer I’ve managed before. He has a rare and special mix of great engineering skill and humility.

Sadequr understands complex technical designs and can participate in difficult conversations on the topic. While always a great listener, he will speak up if it is important for the project. He never argued with me, but if there was an important piece I missed or got wrong, he would never let the team fail and instead would say something.

I really can’t say enough good things about my time with Sadequr. He saved me and the team many times. Like all of us, he has room to grow. Given quality leadership and resources, I think Sadeq can be one of the greats in this profession.

Software Engineering Team Lead at Carvana

IIntelligent, calm, patient, dedicated, efficient, team player. Sadeq meets many of these descriptions and more. As a PM who got to work directly with Sadeq, it was a privilege day in and day out to work on the same products as him.

Working with Sadeq, I could always rely on his expertise on what we could and could not capably build. Yes, I as a PM have the requirements, but that doesn't mean I always know what we technically can do, but Sadeq always had that answer. And if he didn't I could reliably get that answer in a short period of time so as not to disrupt any of my efforts.

He was also willing to be critical of any of my processes or stories. He did so in such a gentlemanly manner, and it never was conflicting. PMs and Software engineers need to work together and build a bridge of communication with each other, and Sadeqs mannerisms led that to be very easy,

His hard work is beyond measure and he would constantly go above and beyond to ensure the work got done in a timely manner, but also correctly. Too often have I worked with people who are satisfied with the vanity metric of getting the job done. Sadeq got the job done and did it right the first time, every time.

Though I am sad we currently do not work together, I will unquestionably recommend this fantastic engineer, as he will be a great benefit to any organization. Feel free to reach to me for any direct questions about Sadeq.

I had the great pleasure of working with Sadequr during my time at Soaren, where he served as my mentor on a major project. From the start, he brought an incredibly positive attitude to every interaction he’s not only knowledgeable but also a joy to work with, always approachable, genuinely supportive and willing to make time to help others grow.

In the short time we worked together, I gained a much deeper understanding of how systems function holistically, thanks to Sadeq’s guidance. He was an exceptional sounding board—someone I could turn to when I was stuck, helping me think through challenges and find clear paths forward. His insights were invaluable, and he always took the time to ensure I fully grasped the bigger picture.

Sadeq’s deep knowledge of Soaren’s systems was nothing short of impressive. He could answer any question, explain system limitations, and suggest the most effective ways to implement solutions. He truly can build anything.

I would jump at the chance to work with Sadeq again and wholeheartedly recommend him to any team looking for a talented, insightful, and collaborative engineer. Also, his laugh is contagious!
