Hello, I'm Sadequr.
I'm a Senior Software Engineer currently at Soaren Management, where I lead the development of enterprise solutions for intelligent agent-customer interaction across voice, chat, and email channels, powered by NLP and Google DialogFlow.
My engineering journey began in 2010, fresh out of Stamford University Bangladesh where I graduated with a CGPA of 3.94/4.00, earning the Presidency Award for the highest GPA in the Computer Science department. I then went on to complete my Master of Science at BUET (Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology) in 2021, one of the most prestigious universities in the region.
Over 15+ years I've built web applications, hybrid mobile apps, desktop software, and NLP-driven platforms, leading teams as tech lead at multiple organizations and integrating payment gateways, cloud services (GCP, AWS, Azure), and API ecosystems.
I approach engineering with curiosity and discipline. I believe great software comes from truly understanding the problem, and I bring that mindset both to writing code and to mentoring the engineers around me.
When I'm not engineering, I contribute to the competitive programming community. I've participated in ACM-ICPC Dhaka Regional contests, served as a problem setter and judge for university-level contests, and solved 386+ algorithmic problems on UVa Online Judge.
I've also published two peer-reviewed research papers on Bangla computational linguistics, bridging my love for language and technology.
